Haptic Actuator Operating Speed Demo
This video shows the operating frequency capabilities of our Haptic Actuator prototype. Demonstrating various tones, clicks and sweeps using an Arduino Uno and an H-Bridge driver. (more…)

Here we use a printed coil actuator to create a speaker from a plastic cup. We have also built these into headphones. Sound quality is very acceptable for a first prototype. (more…)
First prototype of a tightly packed printed coil array. Attempting to drive an array of magnets using multiple miniature printed coils. (more…)
This video illustrates how a thin film force sensitive resistor can provide haptic feedback through the use of printed coils and a fixed magnet. 1.5 mm thin printed coils are energized when force in the resistor exceeds a given threshold. That causes the resistor and the acrylic to experience a hard click. (more…)
This video shows five printed coils mounted on the tone bridge of a guitar. The audio is actually being played through the speaker coils and magnets are driving the acoustics of the guitar. Essentially this is a self-playing guitar. (more…)
This is a video of a PCB Haptic Actuator using a TI Demonstrator Board. (more…)
Initial prototype of the Wireless Solenoid Haptic Feedback Engine. (more…)
